The Clark at Village District was built for comfortable, connected living, and that welcome extends to pets. Set in the heart of Raleigh's Village District, the community keeps you close to nearby pet spots like Oakwood Dog Park, West Street Dog Day Care, and Woof Gang Bakery, so it is simple to keep pets happy and active in an established neighborhood. Our apartment pet policy in Raleigh, including any pet limits, pet rent, charges, breed restrictions, and pet screening are detailed below.   • Dogs and cats welcome; no weight limit or breed restrictions
  • Maximum of two pets per apartment
  • $30 per pet, per month
  • One-time, non-refundable pet fee of $300 per pet
  • Management approval and a completed PetScreening profile are required before move-in
